2013 Outdoor: Posted a season-best time of 3:52.98 in the 1,500 meters at the Oxy Invite ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 3:53.49 at the Raleigh Relays ... Completed the 5,000 meters at the Colonial Relays in a season best 14:25.17 .

2013 Indoor: Ran a season best 4:15.44 mile at the VT Elite Meet ... Posted a time of 4:16.86 at the VT Invitational in the mile ... Recorded a time of 8:30.31 in the 3,000 meters at the Hokie Invitational.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in four races … Recorded his top 8k time at Pre-Nationals coming in at 25:24.1 for 60th in the unseeded race … Finished fourth in the Hokie Open 6k at 18.38.4.

2012 Outdoor: Posted a season best 1500 meter time at the Raleigh Relays (3:52.69) … Notched a season best in the 5000 meters at the Colonial Relays (14:37.22) … Runner-up in the 5000 meters at the Roanoke Twilight (15:11.77) … Also competed in the 800 meters (1:59.56) at the Radford Highlander Invitational.
