2014 Outdoor: Posted a career best of 22.04 seconds in the 200-meter race at the Hurricane Invitational... Also ran a career best in the 110-meter hurdles race at the Jace Lacoste Invitational with a time of 14.48 seconds.

2014 Indoor: Posted a season best time of 8.20 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the ACC Championships... Hit 8.21 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

High School: Top-ranked indoor hurdler in the nation during the 2011 season, posting a personal-best 7.21 in the 55-meter hurdles to win the Virginia AAA state championship … Time was the second fastest in the Virginia state meet history and ranks fifth on the all-time United States high school performance list … Finished runner-up at the 2011 New Balance Indoor Nationals in the 60-meter hurdles … Won the state title in the outdoor 110m hurdles as a senior.
