2012 Outdoor: Won the ACC title in the pole vault with an outdoor personal best tying mark of 17-8.5 (5.40m), helping the Hokies sweep the podium in the event ... The win was his second career ACC pole vault title and first outdoors … Placed 16th in the pole vault at the NCAA Championship (17-4.5, 5.30m) and earned second team All-America honors … Won six pole vault competitions on the season, including the NCAA East Preliminary (17-5.5, 5.32m), where he tied for top honors ... Also won at the UCF Invite (17-4.5, 5.30m), Radford Invite (16-6.75, 5.05m), Clemson’s Bob Pollock Invite (17-3, 5.26m) and Clemson’s Tiger Qualifier (16-8.75, 5.10m) ... Was runner-up at Tennessee’s Sea Ray Relays (17-4.5, 5.30m) and placed sixth at the Texas Relays (17-4.5, 5.30m).

2012 Indoor: Competed unattached all season as he had exhausted his four years of indoor eligibility … Notched a season best of 17-4.25 (5.29m) in the pole vault with a win at the VT Challenge.

2011 Outdoor: Led the team in the pole vault, posting an outdoor personal-best 17-8.5 (5.40m) with a win at the Sea Ray Relays … Earned second team All-America honors at the NCAA Championships meet, finishing 11th (17-2.5, 5.25m) … Won seven pole vault competitions during the season, including tying for first at the NCAA East Regional (17-0.75, 5.20m) … Earned team points at the ACC Championships with a sixth-place finish (16-2.75, 4.95m) ... Named to the All-ACC Academic Team for the second time.

2011 Indoor: Earned his third career All-America honor, placing sixth in the pole vault (17-6.5, 5.35m) … Finished third at the ACC Championships in the pole vault, earning All-ACC honors (17-3, 5.26m) … Set a season best at 17-8 (5.38m) with a win at the Virginia Tech Final Qualifier.

2010 Outdoor: Earned team’s second-highest finish, third overall, at the ACC Championships in the pole vault, earning All-ACC honors at 17-2.75 (5.25m) … Placed second in the pole vault at the Aggie Classic (17-1, 5.21m) and the Liberty Twilight (16-8.75, 5.10m).

2010 Indoor: Garnered his first ACC title in the pole vault (17-8.50, 5.40m) … Finished the regular season on a strong note, posting a career-high mark of 17-9.25 (5.42m) in the pole vault, placing second at the VT Final Qualifier, to qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships … Placed in the top three in six of eight competitions during the season.

2009 Outdoor: Earned his second All-America honor in the pole vault, finishing 10th with a clearance of 17-2.75 at the NCAA Championships … Took third in the pole vault at the NCAA East Regional, with a height of 16-11 … Placed seventh in the pole vault at the ACC Championships … Won the event at the Tar Heel Classic, vaulting 17-0.75.

2009 Indoor: Garnered his first All-America honor, tying for seventh place in the pole vault at the NCAA Championships … Cleared 17-2.75 in the All-America performance … Vaulted a season-best 17-7.75 in the pole vault at the Final Qualifier, earning second place … Came in second at the pole vault at the ACC Championships with a height of 17-6.50 … Tallied six other top-three finishes in the event on the season, including a runner-up effort at the Penn State National.

2008 Outdoor: Redshirted.

2008 Indoor: Placed fifth at the ACC Championships’ pole vault with a clearance of 16-4.75 … Cleared a season best height of 16-10.75 at the Virginia Tech Invitational to tie for ninth … Earned fourth place in the pole vault at the Penn State National Invitational.
