2014 Outdoor: Ran a personal best of 55.80 in the 400 meters at the Raleigh Relays... Hit a personal best in the 1500 at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 4:30.78... Posted a season best time of 2:08.35 in the 800 meters at the ACC Championships.

2014 Indoor: Finished in fourth place at the ACC Championships in the 800-meter race... Apart of the school record breaking 4x800 meter teamm that completed the race in 8:33.50 shattering the previous record...Posted Tech's fastest time in the 1000-meter distance at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 2:49.22.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Hokies... Earned a third place finish at the Hokie Open... Finished in 13th place at the VT Invite... Placed 21st at the Mountaineer Open... Earned a 67th place fnish at the Virginia/ Panorama Farms Invitaional with a time of 18:42.80.

2013 Outdoor: Recorded a season best time in the 800 meters at the Oxy Invite with a time of 2:06.79 ... Ran a 2:09.41 800 meters at the Colonial Relays ... Had a time of 4:31.16 in the 1,500 meters at the Roanoke/Virginia Tech Twilight ... Posted a 57.41 in the 400 meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2013 Indoor: Posted an 800-meter time of 2:13.54 at the ACC Championship ... Recorded a season best 800 meters time of 2:11.95 at the VT Elite Meet ... Ran a 1:32.85 at the VT Challenge in the 600 meters.

2012 Cross Country: Competed at Pre-Nationals, finishing with a time of 24:11.2.

2012 Outdoor: Ran the third leg on the school record setting 4x800 meter relay at the Colonial Relays (8:47.76), while also finishing fourth in the 800 meters (2:09.33) … Anchored the winning 4x800 meter relay at the Raleigh Relays (8:54.59), while running 56.11 in the 400 meters … Named Capital One Academic All-District for the second year in a row.

2012 Indoor: Finished 15th at the NCAA Championship in the 800 meters (2:09.38), earning second team All-America honors ... Earned All-ACC honors with a third place finish in the 800 meters at the ACC Championship (2:10.41) ... Reset her own school record at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational (2:05.18) ...
