2013 Cross Country: Competed in one meet for the Hokies... Finished in second place at the Hokie Open.

2013 Outdoor: Earned All-ACC honors in the 800 meters after finishing third at 1:49.40 in the finals ... Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (1:49.86) after qualifying for the finals by winning his heat in 1:49.88 ... Posted a PR in the 800 meters at the Oxy Invite, clocking in at 1:49.05.

2013 Indoor: Earned second team All-America honors at the NCAA Championship in the distance medley relay ... Won the 800 meters at the ACC Championship with time of 1:51.01 after qualifying for the finals with a season-best time of 1:50.82 ...Set a new PR in the 600 meters at 1:19.32 at the VT Challenge ... Won the 1,000 meters at the Hokie Invitational (2:45.95).

2012 Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters at the NCAA East Preliminary, clocking a season best 1:49.67 in the first round … Was 22nd in the quarterfinal at the East Prelims in 1:51.02 … Took seventh in the 800 meters at the ACC Championship (1:51.70), after running 1:50.08 in the prelims … Finished third in the third section of the 1500 meters at the Raleigh Relays in a personal best 3:51.65, while anchoring the winning 4x800 meter relay (7:31.55) … Ran the second leg on the winning 4x800 meter relay at the Colonial Relays (7:32.42), while also placing fifth in the 800 meters (1:52.11).

2012 Indoor: Redshirted … Competed unattached in the 800 meters (1:52.90) and mile (4:28.91).

2011 Cross Country: Competed in four meets on the season … Ran a career-best 8k time of 25:00.48 to finish 28th at the Clemson Invitational … Finished 12th at the Appalachian State Blue Ridge Open in a time of 25:28.1… Competed at the ACC Championships and finished 65th (25:07.5).

2011 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 800 meters after setting a personal best in the event at the Sun Angel Classic (1:49.64) … Ran second leg on the school record 4x800-meter relay (7:21.28) and the team leading distance medley relay (9:46.70) at the Penn Relays … Earned team points in the 800 meters at the ACC Championships, placing fourth (1:50.29) … Also set personal best in the 400 meters at the Sun Angel Classic (50.32).

2011 Indoor: Set the then school record in the 800-meter run (1:48.90) at the Alex Wilson Invite ... Recorded second-best time on the team in the 600-meter run (1:20.02) ... Posted a career-best in the 3,000-meter run (8:46.97).

2010 Cross Country: Participated in six meets during the season … Finished with a season-best 25:33.9 in the 8k at the Charlotte Invite…Placed fourth on the team at the NCAA Southeast Regional (32.59.4).

2010 Outdoor: Earned a season-best 1:51.78 in the 800 meters at the Georgia Tech Invite … Finished third in his section at the Colonial Relays in the 800 meters (1:52.13) … Ran second leg in 1,600-meter relay at ACC Outdoor Championships (3:14.92) and third leg on the second-place squad at the Vertklasse Meet (3:20.70) … Ran third leg on winning 3,200-meter relay at the Colonial Relays (7:29.80).

2010 Indoor: Earned season-best marks while finishing sixth in the 600 meters at the VT Challenge (1:21.40) and in the 1,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational (2:33.69) … Set personal bests in the mile run (4:25.26) and the 800 meters (1:52.08).

2009 Cross Country: Competed in five meets on the season … Coupled with Doug Fenstermacher to take third at the Virginia Tech Relays with a combined 14,000-meter time of 45:17.9 … Ran a 7,000-meter split of 22:43.9 at the meet … Took 35th out of 154 runners at the Blue Ridge Open, the top Hokie finisher in the race.
