Also qualified for nationals in the 100 meters (10.23) and as the anchor of the 4x100m relay (40.07) at the East Prelims ... Ran a then school record in the 100 meters (10.21) in the prelims at the ACC Championship, before finishing fourth in the final (10.29) ... 2012 Indoor: Earned second team All-America honors with a 12th place finish in the 60 meters at the NCAA Championship, running his second fastest time ever in the event (6.62) ... Reset his own school record in the 60-meter dash for the second time running a winning time of 6.61 at the VT Elite Meet ... Previously set the record of 6.64 with a win at the VT Invitational … Placed fifth in the 60 meters at the ACC Championship (6.72) … Clocked a season best 21.27 in the 200 meters at the VT Elite Meet to finish third … Ran the third leg on the team-leading 4x400 meter relay at the VT Invitational (3:13.93).

2011 Outdoor: Led the team in the 100 (10.33) and 200-meter dash (20.80), setting season bests in both at the Florida Relays … Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100-meter dash after finishing 11th at the NCAA East Regional (10.43) … Ran the second leg of the team-leading 4x100-meter relay at the Florida Relays (40.58).

2011 Indoor: Led the team in the 60 (6.73) and 200-meter dash (21.58) … Anchored the team-leading 4x400-meter relay that placed second at the VT Elite Meet (3:14.19).

2010 Outdoor: Earned All-ACC honors in the 100 (10.39) and 200-meter dash (20.86), placing second and third, respectively … His 200-meter performance at ACC's was a season-best … Ran the second leg on the Hokies’ second-place ACC 4x100 meter relay squad that set a school record (40.56) … Anchored the 4x400-meter relay squad that placed seventh at the ACC Championships (3:14.92) … Set a season-best in the 100-meters at the Florida Relays (10.38).

2010 Indoor: Set the then school record in the 60-meter dash with a victory at the Hokie Invitational (6.65) which qualified him to the NCAA Championships … Took third place in the ACC Championship prelims (6.75) and the VT Elite finals (6.67).

2009 Outdoor: Competed for the U.S. team at the Junior Pan-American Championships in Trinidad & Tobago after finishing second in the 200-meters at the U.S. Junior Championships ... Narrowly missed making the finals at the Pan-Am Meet, clocking a 21.49 at the event ... Ran in the 200-meter dash and the 100-meter dash at the NCAA East Regional ... Clocked a season-best 21.02 in the 200-meter dash for a fourth-place finish at the ACC Championships ... Finished fourth in the 100-meter dash at the ACC Championships ... Placed seventh in the 100-meter dash at the Texas Relays’, crossing the finish line in a season-best time of 10.44.

2009 Indoor: Scored points for the Hokies at the ACC Championships with a sixth-place finish, coming in with a time of 21.65 ... Clocked a season-best 6.73 in the 60-meter dash at the Final Qualifier for fourth place ... Crossed the finish line in fifth place in the 60-meter dash at the VT Challenge with a time of 6.78 ... Recorded season-best time of 21.26 in the 200-meter dash en route to a third-place showing at the Final Qualifier ... Won the 200-meters at the VT Challenge with a time of 21.42.

High School: An AAU national champion in the 4x400-meter relay, running 3:10.42 ... Three-time AAU All-American, twice in the 4x100-meter relay and once in the 200-meter dash ...
