2015 Outdoor: Improved his personal record in the 800-meter run to a time of 1:49.93 at the Virginia Challenge ... Participated in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays ... Competed in the 4x400-meter relay on two occassions, including the ACC Championships.

2015 Indoor: Earned second team All-America honors in the distance medley relay at the 2015 NCAA DI Indoor Track & Field Championships... Set personal bests in the 800m and 1000m.

2014 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 800-meter race posting a time of 1:50.11.. Finished fourth in his heat in the 800 at the ACC Championships.

2014 Indoor: Posted a seaosn-best time of 1:52.40 in the 800-meter race at the Alex Wilson Invitational... Hit a season-best time in the 1000-meter race (2:34.35) at the Hokie Invitational.

Previous School: Attended Virginia State University … Earned two varsity letters running the 1500, 800, and 400… eight-time All-Conference selection … three-time All-Region selection … two-time CIAA Conference Champion in the 800 and 4x4 in 2013 … Second Team All-American selection in the 800 in 2012 … two-time All-American in the 4x4 … Helped set the School Record for the 4x4 at the National Prelims with a time of 3:06.14 (split 47.01).

High School: Earned four letters in track at Garfield High School, running the two mile, one mile, 800, 500, and 400 … two-time First-Team All-Area selection … four-time All-State selection … 14-time Cardinal District Champion … four-time Northwest Region Champion in the 500 … two-time all-state selection in the 500 and 800.
