2015 Outdoor: Recorded a time of 1:52.31 in the 800-meter run at the ACC Championships ... Competed in the 4x400-meter relay twice, including the ACC Championships ... Participated in the 4,000-meter medley at the Tennessee Relays.

2015 Indoor: Helped lead the Hokies to a third-place finish in the distance medley relay at the ACC Championships, earning second team All-ACC honors.

2014 Outdoor: Posted a personal best in the 400-meter race at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 48.46 seconds... Ran a season-best time of 1:50.51 in the 800-meter race at the ACC Championships... Hit a PR of 4:01.79 in the 1500-meter race at the Raleigh Relays.

2014 Indoor: Earned All-America honors after running the 400-meter leg of the men's distance medley relay at the 2014 DI Indoor Track & Field Championships... Ran career bests in the 800-meter race (1:50.48) at the Alex Wilson Invitational and the mile race (4:43.36) at the Virginia Tech Invitational... Finished in seventh place in the 800-meter race at the ACC Championships.

2013 Outdoor: Saw his best 800-meter time come in the first race of the season at the Colonial Relays (1:53.20) ... Ran a 1:53.83 800 meters in the prelims at the ACC Championship ... Posted a 49.59 time in the 400 meters at Raleigh Relays ... Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that posted the team's best time of the season at 3:17.81.

2013 Indoor: Was a member of the men's program's first ACC Championship winning distance medley relay team after clocking a time of (9:45.23) ... Posted his best time of the season in the 800 meters in the final race of his season at the Alex Wilson Invitational (1:51.87) .. Recorded a time of 1:52.37 in the 800 meters at the VT Challenge.

2012 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 800 meters, where he ran 1:52.05 … Posted a season best 800 meter time of 1:50.16 to finish second at NC State’s Wolfpack Last Chance … Competed at the ACC Championship in the 800 meters (1:51.57), finishing 13th in the prelims … Runner-up in the 800 meters at the Roanoke Twilight (1:51.56) … Notched a time of 1:51.84 at Cal’s Brutus Hamilton Invite … Ran the 400m leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (9:52.46) … Clocked a season best 400 meter time of 49.22 at the Raleigh Relays.

2012 Indoor: Redshirted.

2011 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2011 Indoor: Set personal bests in the 600 (1:20.63), 800 (1:52.75) and 1,000 meters (2:35.84).
