2013 Indoor: Finished sixth in the mile at the ACC Championship with a time of 4:10.36 ... Recorded his best mile time of the season in the prelims at the ACC Championship (4:09.03) ... Ran the mile in 4:09.51 at the Husky Classic ... Posted a season-best time in the 3,000 meters at the VT Challenge (8:19.37).

2012 Cross Country: Competed in six meets for the Hokies, including one as an unattached runner … Recorded a season best 8k time of 24:55.74 for 16th place at the Charlotte Invitational … Was one of seven runners for Tech at the NCAA Championships, finishing 219th (32:04.4).

2012 Outdoor: Won Tech's first ACC title in the 3000 meter steeplechase in a season best time of 8:55.36 at the ACC Championship … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the steeplechase, where he finished seventh in his heat and 26th overall (9:04.93) … Took fourth at the Colonial Relays in the steeplechase (9:08.36) … Ran 9:08.62 in the steeplechase at Stanford’s Payton Jordan Invitational … Finished fifth in the mile at the Roanoke Twilight (4:11.04) … Opened his season with a time of 14:27.41 in the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2012 Indoor: Redshirted … Competed unattached in the mile (4:10.13) and 3000 meters (8:23.14).

2011 Cross Country: Competed in five meets on the season … Helped the Hokies to the team title at the Charlotte Invitational by placing sixth overall in 24:33.6 … Ran fourth on the team and 95th overall at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational (25:41) … Finished 34th at the ACC Championship Meet in a career-best 8k of 24:23.8 … Was 80th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet in a career-best 10k of 32:10.4 ... Named Academic All-ACC.

2011 Outdoor: Qualified to the NCAA East Regional in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after setting the school record in the event with All-ACC second-place finish at the ACC Championships (8:47.29) … Set PRs in the 800 (1:57.28) and 1,500 meters (3:56.69) and mile run (4:08.89) … Ran lead leg on the second-place 4x1500-meter relay at the Colonial Relays (15:43.34) ... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2011 Indoor: Set personal bests in the 800 meters (1:55.64), mile run (4:06.16) and 3,000 meters (8:16.39).

2010 Cross Country: Was the Hokies’ top finisher in three races during the season … Paired with Ryan Hagen to win the Tech Relays (42:52.0) ... Competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional and finished third on the team (32:55.5) … Named to the ACC All-Academic Team.

2010 Outdoor: Placed 10th at the Vertklasse Meet in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:56.81 … Finished seventh at the Colonial Relays in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:05.81 … Earned a top-ten finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the ACC Outdoor Championships (9:08.28) and the Aggie Classic (9:11.17).

2010 Indoor: Finished third in the Mile at the VT Final Qualifier with a season-best time of 4:11.32 … Took seventh place at the VT Elite Meet in the 3,000 meters, finishing with a season-best 8:23.97.

2009 Cross Country: Teamed up with Chris Walizer to win the Virginia Tech Relays with a combined 14,000-meter time of 45:05 … Ran a 7,000-meter split of 22:20.1 at the meet … Took 74th at the ACC Championships, clocking 25:42.1 ... Placed ninth out of 94 runners at the VT Alumni Invite … Was the top Hokie finisher at the Hokie Open, coming in second with a time of 18:50.6 … Also ran at the Chile Pepper Invite (32:26.85).

2009 Outdoor: Placed fifth at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, clocking a season-best 9:15.68 ... Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Tar Heel Classic with a time of 9:25.58 ... Clocked a 3:57.80 in the 1,500-meter run for third place at the Liberty Twilight.

2009 Indoor: Ran season-best 4:17.35 in the mile at the Final Qualifier ... Also competed in the 1,000-meters and the 3,000-meters on the season.
