2013 Indoor: Finished fifth in the heptathlon at the ACC Championship with 4,994 points ... Set personal bests in the 60 meters (7.07), long jump (23-0.5, 7.02m), pole vault (13-9, 4.21m) and heptathlon.

2012 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the decathlon at the ACC Championship with a personal best score of 6,268 points … Won the decathlon at the Miami Hurricane Invitational with 6,261 points … Set personal bests in all 10 decathlon events during the season … Notched three PRs at the ACC meet in the 110 meter hurdles (15.81), 100 meters (11.01) and discus (105-6, 32.15m) … Posted seven PRs at Miami, including a wind-aided 15.65 in the 110 meter hurdles, shot put (31-11.25, 9.73m), javelin (136-9, 41.69m), 400 meters (50.20), pole vault (12-7.25, 3.84m), high jump (5-8.75, 1.75m) and 1500 meters (4:47.81) … Hit a personal best long jump of 22-9.75 (6.95m) at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invite.

2012 Indoor: Placed fifth at the ACC Championship in the heptathlon with a personal best 4,719 points … Set personal bests in six of the seven heptathlon events during the season, including the 60 meters (7.12), pole vault (12-1.25, 3.69m) and shot put (31-9.5, 9.69m) at the ACC Meet … His 7.12 in the 60 meters was the top time among the competitors in the heptathlon at ACCs … Also had PRs in the 60m hurdles (8.60), 1000 meters (2:48.42) and long jump (22-7.25, 6.89m) ... Named Academic All-ACC.

2011 Outdoor: Competed in the decathlon at the ACC Championships, placing sixth (5,891 pts.) … Also set a personal best 400-meter hurdles (58.48).

2011 Indoor: Earned points for the Hokies at the ACC Championships, finishing seventh in the heptathlon (4,603 pts.)
