2013 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 400 meters at the ACC Championship with a time of 54.17 ... Reached the finals at ACCs by posting a time of 54.02 ... Clocked a season best 400-meter time of 53.96 at the FSU Relays ... Competed at the NCAA East prelims and finished with a time of 58.03 ... Ran the second leg on the 4x100 relay team that finished fourth at the ACC Championship (46.23) ... Had a season best time in the 200 meters at the FSU Relays (24.64).

2013 Indoor: Clocked a season best 400-meter time of 55.23 at the VT Final Qualifier ... Finished 11th in the 400 meters at the ACC Championship (55.53) ... Ran the anchor leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth at the ACC Championship (3:42.45) ... Notched a personal best time in the 500 meters at 1:15.66 at the VT Invitational.

2012 Outdoor: Earned All-ACC honors in the 400 meters with a runner-up finish in a personal best time of 53.25 at the ACC Championship … Also ran on the fourth place 4x400 meter relay at the ACC Meet (3:41.28) … Competed at the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 400 meters and finished 19th in the quarterfinals in 53.87, after running 53.83 in the first round … Led off the team leading 4x400 meter relay at the Florida Relays (3:38.86) … Took third in the 400 meters at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (54.74) … Clocked a season best in the 200 meters at Georgia Tech’s Yellow Jacket Invitational (24.37) and led off the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:41.20) … Earned the team’s MVP Award.

2012 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 400 meters at the ACC Championship with a season best 55.09 and ran the leadoff leg of the sixth place 4x400 meter relay (3:46.70) at the ACC Meet … Clocked a personal best and team-leading 400 meter time of 54.39 with a runner-up finish at the VT Final Qualifier … Ran the second leg of the team-leading 4x400 meter relay at the VT Invitational (3:43.60).

2011 Outdoor: Led the team in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best 1:00.35 … Ran second leg on the 4x400-meter relay that qualified for the NCAA East Regional after setting a season-best at the Florida Relays (3:37.57).

2011 Indoor: Anchored the school record-setting 4x400-meter relay at the ACC Championships (3:38.16).

2010 Outdoor: Ran second leg on Tech’s ACC 1,600-meter relay squad which finished second (3:36.50) … Took fourth place at the Liberty Twilight meet, in a season best in the 200-meter dash (24.85) … Recorded a season-best 55.11 in the 400-meter dash finish at the Florida Relays … Finished third and fourth in the 400-meter dash in back-to-back meets at the Miami Invitational (55.18) then the Yellow Jacket Invite (55.43).

2010 Indoor: Finished fourth at the VT Challenge in the 400-meter dash in a season best 54.87 … Placed second at the Penn State National Meet in the 400-meter dash (55.79) … Earned season bests in the 200 (24.97) and 300-meter dash (39.51).
