2009-10: Helped the H2Okies to season-best finishes in the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays at the ACC Championships…Also posted individual top-20 finishes in the 100 and 200 butterfly events… Helped the 200 freestyle relay team to a third-place finish at the Volunteer Invitational and placed eighth in the 100 butterfly, 12th in the 50 free, 14th in the 200 butterfly and 15th in the 200 IM…Nominated for the ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award.

2008-09: Placed 23rd in the 200 IM, 100 fly and 200 fly at the ACC Championships … Placed fourth in the 200 fly, seventh in the 100 fly and ninth in the 200 IM at the Volunteer Invitational.

2007-08: Took 19th overall in the 200 IM at the ACC Championships ... Placed 18th in the 200 fly and 22nd in the 100 fly ... Scored points at the Nike Cup for the first time by placing sixth in the 200 fly, eighth in the 200 IM and 10th in the 100 fly.

2006-07: Won the bonus consolation final in the 200 fly at the ACC Championships ... Also placed 19th in the 100 fly and 31st in the 200 IM at the same meet ... Finished 15th in the 100 fly and 25th in the 200 IM at the Nike Cup.

High School: Lettered four times for swimming coach Kim McCanna … Senior captain of Tide Swim Club ... Three-time All-American in the 100 fly and four-time region champion in the 200 IM… Captured a state crown in the 200 free relay as a sophomore … Named Norfolk Sports Club Swimmer of the Year in 2005 … A member of the National Honor Society and an AP Scholar Award recipient.
