2013: Continued her excellent play in the field, but added a dimension of being a threat at the plate … Started all 59 games, mostly at shortstop … Hit a career-high .273 with seven doubles, four triples and a home run … Drove in 27 runs and drew a career-high 15 walks … Stole five bases … Made ESPN's "SportsCenter Top 10 Plays" for a diving stop and throw at Virginia … The next day, hit her first collegiate home run - a grand slam - against Liberty in the first game … In the second game of the doubleheader, hit a big two-out, two-RBI double to cap a comeback to give Tech the lead … Had a walk-off single in the 13th inning to give a 3-2 win over Marshall at the NCAA Tournament … Had 10 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games … A member of the 2013 All-ACC Academic Softball Team.

2012: Moved to shortstop and flourished defensively, becoming one of the best fielding shortstops in the ACC … Played in 60 games, starting 56 … Started 54 games at shortstop and two in left field … Hit .170 on the year with two doubles and a triple … Drove in six runs and scored 17 runs … Had seven sacrifice bunts … Stole five bases … Drew five walks … Had a fielding percentage of .969 with 139 assists … A member of the 2012 All-ACC Academic Softball Team and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Continued to be one of the best fielders at second base in the ACC … Played in and started 56 games … Recorded a .271 batting average at the plate, picking up 39 hits … Had one double and one triple … Scored 31 runs and drove in six … Drew just five walks … Had five sacrifice hits and stole 11 bases … Hit safely in nine of the first 11 games of 2011 and scored in seven of the first eight games … Went 3-for-3 with two runs against Appalachian State … A member of the 2011 All-ACC Academic Softball Team and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2010: Had her ups and down as a freshman at the plate, but was solid at second base all season long … Started all 58 games for the Hokies, batting .260 with 47 hits, including three doubles and a triple … Drove in six runs and scored a team-high 33 runs … Also stole a team-best 24 bases, a new Tech freshman record … Tied for the team high with 13 multiple-hit games … Had two three-hit games … Stole three bases against Hampton … Committed just seven errors all season in 238 chances for a .971 fielding percentage.

High School: Earned four letters for Coach Lou Layton and then Tammy Batten at Southern Lee High … Earned Cape Fear Valley All-Conference honors as a sophomore and junior … Also earned all-district and all-state honors in softball as a junior … Garnered letters in volleyball, softball and basketball and was president of her senior class … Travel ball team was Cape Fear Storm.
