2014 Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Hokies... Finished in seventh place at the Hokie Open with a 4k time of 14:50.70.

2014 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2014 Indoor: Ran the mile in 5:12.24 at the Hokie Invitational ... Recorded a personal-best 3,000m time of 9:55.41 at the VT Challenge ... Ran the 5,000m at the ACC Championships, recording a personal-best time of 17:14.21.

2013 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2013 Outdoor: Posted a season best time of 17:35.30 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays ... Ran a season best 4:43.07 mile to end the season at the Roanoke/Virginia Tech Twilight ... Competed in the mile (4:44.59) and the 5,000 meters (18:10.99) at the ACC Championship ... Recorded a 3,000-meter time of 10:10.17 at the Colonial Relays.

2013 Indoor: Recorded a time of 10:33.68 in the 3,000 meters at the ACC Championship.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in four races, including one as an unattached runner … Came in 10th at the Charlotte Invitational, finishing in 21:51.70 … Finished 40th at the ACC Championships with a time of 21:48.3 … Recorded a season best 6k time at Pre-Nationals with 21:41.7 … Finished 51st at the NCAA Southeast Regional, clocking a time of 21:48.40.

2012 Outdoor: Notched a personal best 4:42.33 in the 1500 meters at the Raleigh Relays and a season best 17:51.70 in the 5000 meters at the Colonial Relays … Suffered an injury during the 3000 meter steeplechase at the ACC Championship and missed the rest of the season.

2012 Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3000 meters (10:01.68) at the ACC Championships, while also competing in the mile at the ACC Meet (5:06.28) … Notched personal bests in the 1000 meters (2:56.37) and mile (4:59.84).

2011 Cross Country: Competed in five meets on the season … Helped the Hokies to the team title at the Charlotte Invite by finishing fourth on the team and 22nd overall in a career-best 5k of 17:47.3 … Posted a career-best 6k of 21:50.61 at the Clemson Invitational and finished 26th … Was 95th at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational (22:29) … Competed at the ACC Championship Meet (58th, 22:05.8) and NCAA Southeast Regional Meet (72nd, 21:58.0).

2011 Outdoor: Set a season best in the 800 meters with a win at the Track and Field Classic (2:23.62) … Also had season-bests in the 1,500 (4:46.93) and 5,000 meters (17:48.42).
