2011 Cross Country: Competed in four meets on the season … Posted a season-best 5k time of 19:38.2 at the Appalachian State Blue Ridge Open and finished 69th … Competed at the ACC Championships and placed 84th, running a season-best 23:14.81 for the 8k … Finished runner-up at the Hokie Open in the 4.8k (18:20.53).

2011 Outdoor: Ran second leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (11:41.93) … Ran a season-best 2:11.73 in the 800 meters at the Roanoke Twilight … Ran the second leg on the winning 4x400-meter relay at the Roanoke Twilight (3:56.66).

2011 Indoor: Competed in the mile run at the Virginia Tech Invitational (5:21.40).

2010 Cross Country: Competed in the 5k at the Charlotte Invite (19:23.8) and the Appalachian State Invite (19:07.4).

2010 Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters, including third and fourth place finishes at the Vertklasse Meet (2:13.96) and Aggie Classic (2:11.44), respectively … Set a career-best in the 800m at the Georgia Tech Invite (2:11.43) … Finished fifth in the 800 meters at the Colonial Relays (2:14.32).

2009 Cross Country: Paired up with teammate Sammy Dow to finish third out of 27 pairs in the opening meet of the season, the Virginia Tech Relays … Ran a combined 10k time of 37:22.5 and a 5k split of 19:10.6 … Continued her strong season the next week, taking 30th out of 93 runners at the VT Alumni Meet … Also competed in the ACC Championships (22:44.2) and the NCAA Southeast Regional.
