2016: Started six times – four games in right and two in center – and played in 27 total games … Tied his career high with a three-hit game versus Wake Forest (May 14) … Added one multi-RBI game and two multi-run scoring games, including tying a career-high with three runs in that Wake Forest contest … Had a season-best four-game hitting and reached base streak … Batted .229 with eight hits, including one double and one triple (one of only four Hokies with a triple in 2016), for 11 total bases and a .314 slugging percentage … Scored 11 runs and added three RBIs … Drew three walks and was hit by one pitch for a .308 on-base percentage … Also added one sacrifice bunt … Was 2-for-4 on stolen base attempts ... As a pinch hitter, was 1 for 7, but also drew two walks … Scored one game-winning run … Also notched one outfield assist.
