2016-17: NCAA All-American … ACC runner-up at 157 pounds … VaSID All-State first team … Went 4-3 at nationals to take eighth place … Fell in the second round to eventual NCAA runner-up Joey Lavalle of Missouri, but battled back with three-straight victories to reach the podium for the first time … The No. 1 seed at the ACC Championship at 157 … Had six major decisions and led the team with seven tech falls … Went 4-2 and placed sixth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational … Went 4-0 in ACC duals … Knocked off No. 14 Andrew Atkinson of Virginia with a 9-8 decision in a dual … Beat No. 10 Lehigh’s Kent Lane by decision, 13-7 … Topped NC State’s Thomas Bullard, 12-6, in the ACC Dual Meet Championship match.

2015-16: Went 9-11 on the season…At the ACC Championships, went 1-2 with a win coming tech fall…Won against Beau Donahue of NC State by decision 13-6 on Feb. 11…Won versus Robert Lee of Pittsburgh by decision 6-1 on Feb. 5…Won by fall 5:43 against T.J. Miller of Virginia on (Jan. 31)…Versus Zachary Moore of West Virginia won by tech fall 5:00 on Jan. 29…Won against Gabe Moreno of Iowa State by decision 6-3 on Jan. 9…Went 3-2 during the Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 4-5)…Won by decision 6-2 versus Blayne Briceno of Iowa State (Nov. 7).

2014-15: NCAA Qualifier who posted a 24-12 record … A second-team all-state selection by VaSID … Won the Hokie Open at 149 pounds, going 4-0 with two major decisions and a technical fall … Defeated teammate and fourth-ranked Devin Carter in the finals, taking him down at the end of regulation and again in sudden victory for the 6-4 final … Picked up a pair of bonus point wins in the tri-match against Gardner-Webb and No. 23 North Dakota State … Suffered his first loss of the season, falling to seventh-ranked Josh Demas of Ohio State, 11-6 in a match that was tied with a minute left … Took eighth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational … Beat No. 13 Zack Beitz of Penn State 7-5 in the dual … Placed fourth at the Midlands Championships, going 5-2 for the tournament … Along the way, beat seventh-seeded Alexander Richardson of ODU and No. 14 seed Brandon Nelsen of Purdue … Beat No. 11 Gus Sako of Virginia in the finals of the Virginia Duals … Took down No. 16 Gabe Moreno of Iowa State, 7-3, in the dual match … Beat NCSU's Sam Melikian 7-6 in the dual … Earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships, where he went 2-2 and fell in the round of 12.

2013-14: Went 12-16 on the year and 9-12 in duals … Had two major decisions, two technical falls and a pin … Went 3-3 in ACC duals … Missed the Midlands due to injury … Rebounded strong at the Virginia Duals, picking up a major decision, a technical fall and then a pin of No. 5 Ian Miller … Won both of his matches in the UNC/Maryland weekend … Picked up a 28-13 technical fall in the Pittsburgh dual … Beat Ohio State's Randy Languis 4-3 in the dual meet … Went 2-2 at the ACC Championship to place fourth at 157 pounds.

2012-13: Redshirted … Placed fifth at the National Collegiate Open … Won the Purple Raider Open … Took third at the Edinboro Open … Wrestling unattached, went 6-1 at the Wilkes Open, placing third … Went 4-2 at the Mat Town Open, hosted by Lock Haven, placing fifth.

High School: Wrestled at national powerhouse Don Bosco Prep and Coach Chris Bitetto … The No. 13-ranked wrestler in the country at 152 pounds according to InterMat … Earned All-American honors at the NHSCA Senior Nationals … Placed second at the NHSCA Sophomore Nationals at 145 pounds in 2010 and placed fourth at the New Jersey State Tournament as a junior … A two-time NHSCA All-American … A two-time state runner-up … A Beast of the East champion … Went 41-1 his senior year and 139-20 for his career … Also played football for Coach Greg Toal … Was second-team all-league on the two-time national champion sqaud.
