2018 outdoor: Has yet to compete.

2018 indoor: Ran the 400-meter dash in 57.88 seconds at the Clemson Invitational … Also posted a new personal record in the 600 meter with a time of 1:33.69 to finish eighth … Kicked off the season at the Nittany Lion Challenge in the 600-meter dash, finishing sixth with a time of 1:33.78.

2017 outdoor: Earned a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Tennessee Relays, finishing the sprint in 1:03.90 for 13th place ... Competed in the 400 at that same meet, placing 25th overall ... Made her outdoor debut at the Weems Baskin Invitational, clocking a time of 1:04.32 in the 400 hurdles ... Also placed seventh in her section of the 400 at that same meet, finishing with a career-best time of 58.23 seconds.

2017 indoor: Came in sixth in the 600 meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge, finishing in 1:40.06 … Was sixth in the 600 at the Hokie Invitational with a personal-best time of 1:36.63 … Competed in the 1,000 at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

High school: Four-year letterwinner in three sports (cross country, indoor track and outdoor track) with coach Claude Toukene at Western Branch … Was part of a Western Branch team that won back-to-back state championships during the indoor and outdoor seasons … Anchored the 4x800-meter relay team and was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that won state titles at the Group 6A outdoor meet during her senior season … Came in third in the 800 with a time of 2:11.99 at that same Group 6A outdoor meet … Won the 800 at the state’s outdoor meet as a junior and came in second in the 1,000 … Came in 13th in the 1,600-meter run at the Group 6A indoor meet her senior year, running the event in a time of 5:17.79 … Was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished third at the Group 6A indoor meet with a time of 9:26.07 … Was part of the 3,200 relay team that came in second at the 2016 New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet and was part of the 1,600 relay squad that came in third … Was part of the 1,600-meter relay that won at the 2015 New Balance Nationals Indoor meet.
