2018 indoor: Recorded a time of 49.36 seconds in the 400 meters prelims at the ACC Championships … Ran a personal-best time of 49.07 seconds in the 400 meters to finish 20^th at the Rod McCravy Memorial … Clocked a personal-best time of 22.43 seconds to finish 31^st in the 200 and ran a time of 49.27 in the 400 to place 20^th at the Clemson Invitational … Tallied a time of 49.56 in the 400 meters to finish ninth and ran the first leg of the 4x400-meter relay team (3:20.64) that placed ninth at the Nittany Lion Challenge.

2017 outdoor: Ran the 400-meter dash at five different meets during the regular season, clocking a lifetime-best time of 48.83 seconds at Liberty's Twilight Qualifier ... Ran the 200 at the Tennessee Relays, finishing with a personal-best time of 22.30 seconds ... Also was a member of the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay team at that same meet, crossing the line in 3 minutes, 24.28 seconds for third place ... Was a part of the fourth place 4x400-meter relay team at the Virginia Grand Prix, running the event in 3:13.41.

2017 indoor: Earned a top-five finish in the 400 at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a lifetime-best time of 49.60 seconds … Ran a career best in the 200 at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet, finishing in 22.73 seconds … Recorded a personal-best time in the 300 (35.25) at the Virginia Tech Invitational.

2016 outdoor: Set a personal-best time of 49.36 in the 400 at the Highlander Invite and finished fifth … Came in 10th in the 400 at the Spec Towns Meet with a time of 50.22 seconds.

2016 indoor: Ran on the Hokies’ 4x400-meter relay team at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet that finished with a time of 3:14.92.
