2013 Outdoor: Runner-up in the hammer throw at the ACC Championship with a season best mark of 208-2 (63.46m) ... Finished 17th at the NCAA Championship with mark of 202-11 (61.86m) ... Qualified for the NCAA Championship with throw of 205-8 (62.68m) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round to finish tenth ... Posted a 205-1 (62.50m) at the Bob Pollock Invitational ... Won the hammer throw at the FSU Relays (203-7, 62.05m).

2013 Indoor: Finished third in the weight throw with a mark of 65-0.75 (19.89m) at the ACC Championship to help Tech earn its third-consecutive sweep in the event ... Notched a season best throw at the VT Final Qualifier (66-2.5, 20.18m) ... Posted a mark of 66-5 (19.94m) at the VT Challenge.

2012 Outdoor: Runner-up in the hammer throw at the ACC Championship with a season best mark of 208-0 (63.39m) ... Qualified for the NCAA Championship with a mark of 207-3 (63.17m) on his final toss at the NCAA East Prelims to finish 11th ... Did not record a mark at the NCAA Championship after on fouling all three attempts … Placed third at Clemson’s Tiger Qualifier (199-7, 60.84m) and at the UCF Invite (199-4, 60.75m) ... Seventh at the Florida Relays (203-9, 62.10m).

2012 Indoor: Earned All-ACC honors with a third place finish in the weight throw (64-0.25, 19.51m), helping the Hokies sweep the event for the second year in a row ... Notched a personal best 67-5.25 (20.55m) with a second place finish at the VT Final Qualifier … Threw 65-8.75 (20.03m) to finish second at the Hokie Invitational … Won the weight throw at the VT Challenge (63-8.75, 19.42m).

2011 Outdoor: Threw a personal best 208-4 (63.51m) in the hammer throw at the ACC Championships, placing third to complete a podium sweep by the Hokies … Placed ninth in the event at the NCAA East Regional (204-5, 62.32m) to qualify for the NCAA Championships, where he finished 14th (208-3, 63.49m), earning second team All-America honors.

2011 Indoor: Earned All-ACC honors, taking the bronze medal in the weight throw, completing the podium sweep for the Hokies with a season-best 65-4 (19.91m) … Placed third in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Challenge (62-10.25, 19.17m).
