2013 Indoor: Was a member of the men's program's first ACC Championship winning distance medley relay team after clocking a time of (9:45.23) ... Earned All-ACC honors as part of the 4x400 team that place third at the ACC Championship ... Produced a PR in the 400 meters at the ACC Championship (48.46).

2012 Outdoor: Led the team in the 400 meters with a personal best 48.01 at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational … Ran the third leg on the school record setting 4x400 meter relay (3:09.95) at the Florida Relays and on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:10.74) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational … Competed at the ACC Championship in the 400 meters (48.27) and ran on the fifth place 4x400 meter relay (3:12.70).

2012 Indoor: Anchored the third place 4x400 meter relay team at the ACC Championship (3:14.67) … Also competed at the ACC Championship in the 400 meters (50.23) … Clocked a personal best 400 meter time of 48.89 with a fourth place finish at the VT Final Qualifier … Also competed unattached in the 500 meters (1:06.57), 600 meters (1:20.63) and 800 meters (1:55.19).

2011 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 1:55.20 in the 800-meters at the Track and Field Classic … Ran the second leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (9:57.78).

2011 Indoor: Competed in the 1,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational (2:35.80).

2010 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 1:52.68 in the 800 meters at the Georgia Tech Invite … Won his section at the Colonial Relays (1:53.73) … Ran lead leg on second-place 4x400-meter relay squad at the Vertklasse Meet (3:20.70).

2010 Indoor: Earned season-best times in the 600 (1:22.65), 800 (1:53.37) and 1,000 meters (2:37.89) … Posted a season-best 4:30.24 in the Mile Run at the VT Final Qualifier.

2009 Outdoor: Scored points for the Hokies at the ACC Championships with a time of 1:54.57 in the 800-meter run, finishing seventh ... Clocked the second-fastest time in the prelims of the event at the ACC Meet, earning a personal-record 1:51.81 ... Finished sixth in the 800-meters at the Tar Heel Classic, crossing the line in 1:51.93 ... Also ran in the 1,500-meters on the season, finishing fourth in the event with a time of 3:58.41 at the Liberty Twilight.

2009 Indoor: Recorded best finish of the season with a fifth-place effort in the 800-meters at the Final Qualifier with a time of 1:54.57... Took seventh in the 600-meter run, clocking 1:21.30 ... Clocked a 4:20.30 at the VT Challenge’s mile run.

High School: Won All-District honors three times in high school ... Set the Long Park Course record as a junior ... Earned four varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field each.
