2017 outdoor: Participated in the 400-meter hurdles at both the ACC Championships and the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds ... Also competed in the 400 hurdles at five different meets during the regular season, earning a lifetime-best time of 59.67 seconds at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Ran the 200 outdoors for the first time in her career at the Tennessee Relays, placing 30th overall ... Won her section of the 400 at the Weems Baskin Invitational with a career-best time of 56.46 seconds.

2017 indoor: Competed in the 60 hurdles at the ACC Championships … Also was a member of the distance medley relay team at the ACC Championships, placing eighth overall … Ended the regular season with season-best time of 8.71 seconds in the 60 hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge … Ran the 200 indoors for the first time in her career at the same meet, finishing with a time of 25.29 seconds for fourth place overall … Competed in the 400-meter dash five times on the year, earning a career-best time of 56.62 seconds at the Music City Challenge … Competed in the 500 at the Virginia Tech Invitational and came in sixth, recording a personal-best time of 1:17.22.

2016 outdoor: Opened the season with a personal-record time of 13.98 seconds to come in fifth in the 100-meter hurdles … Earned top-10 finishes at the Charlotte Invite in the 100-meter hurdles (sixth) and 400-meter hurdles (second) … Placed seventh at the War Eagle Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.88 … Ran a personal-best time of 1:01.07 in the 400 hurdles at the ACC Championships.

2016 indoor: Began the season with a personal record in the 500 at the Virginia Tech Invite, running the event in 1:18.81 … Placed fifth overall in the 60-meter hurdles at the Bob Pollock Invite … Member of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet … Ran a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge, finishing in 8.63 … Placed in the top 25 at the ACC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles.

2015 outdoor: Ran the 400 in a time of 1:00.81 to set a personal best at the Tennessee Relays ... Competed in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 1:08.23 at the Raleigh Relays.

2015 indoor: Set personal bests in the 300- and 400-meter events ... Ran the 300-meter distance at the Hokie Invitational, finishing in 42.35 ... Completed the 400-meter race at the Marshall Invitational in 1:00.52.
