2015 Outdoor: Set a new personal record in the 800-meter run at the ACC Championships with a time of 1:50.91 ... Improved his 1,500-meter run time to set a new personal best of 3:57.51 at the Raleigh Relays ... Competed in two 4x400-meter relays including the ACC Championships ... Participated in the 4x800m relay at the Tennessee Relays.

2015 Indoor: Helped lead the Hokies to a third-place finish in the distance medley relay at the ACC Championships, earning second team All-ACC honors.

2014 Indoor: Ran a career-best 1:50.29 in the 800-meter race at the Alex Wilson Invitational... Finished 24th in the 800-meter at the ACC Championships.

2013 Outdoor: Had his best showing of the season in the 800 meters at the ACC Championship where he clocked in at 1:51.37 ... Posted a time of 1:51.88 at the Oxy Invite ... Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that posted the team's best time of the season at 3:17.81.

2013 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the ACC Championship with his best time of the season at 1:51.46 ... Posted a time of 1:51.89 in the 800 at the VT Elite Meet ... Had a time of 2:25.03 in the 1,000 meters at the Hokie Invitational.

2012 Outdoor: Took sixth at the Roanoke Twilight in the 800 meters with a season best time of 1:52.67 … Also clocked a season best in the 1500 meters (4:03.06) at the Radford Highlander Invitational … Ran the second leg on the winning 4x800 meter relay at the Raleigh Relays (7:31.55) … Ran the 800m leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (9:52.46).

2012 Indoor: Ran the 800 meter leg on the eighth place distance medley relay team at ACC Championship (9:56.99) … Notched season bests in the 800 meters (1:54.62) and 1000 meters (2:28.25) … Also competed unattached in the 600 meters (1:24.01).
