2013 Outdoor: Finished 16th in the 10,000 meters at the ACC Championship with a time of 36:35.68 ... Posted a season best 4:44.92 mile time at the Raleigh Relays ...Posted a 3,000-meter time of 17:16.46 at the Colonial Relays ... Had a time of 17:19.94 at the Oxy Invite.

2013 Indoor: Finished 18th in the 5,000 meters at the ACC Championship (17:25.11) ... Ran the 3,000 meters in 10:14.07 at the VT Challenge ... Had a 5:07.77 mile at the VT Elite Meet.

2012 Cross Country: Redshirted ... Competed in two races as an unattached runner.

2012 Outdoor: Turned in a season best 17:22.28 in the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays … Competed in the 5000 meters at the ACC Championship (17:42.85) … Also had season bests of 2:28.59 in the 800 meters and 4:53.79 in the 1500 meters at the Radford Highlander Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Notched a personal best time of 10:00.12 at the ACC Championship in the 3000 meters … Also posted a season best time in the mile of 5:09.69 at the VT Final Qualifier.

2011 Cross Country: Led the team at the ACC Championship Meet, placing 26th in a career-best 6k of 21:10.5 … Also finished first on the team and was 22nd overall at the Clemson Invitational (21:50.32) … Helped the Hokies to the team title at the Charlotte Invitational by finishing 23rd in a career-best 5k of 17:51.5 … Ran 102nd at the Indiana State Pre-National Invitational (22:33) … Was fourth on the team and 46th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet (21:35.2).

2011 Outdoor: Set personal bests in the 800 (2:21.57) and 1,500 (4:39.96) meters … Ran third leg on the third-place 4x1,500-meter relay at the Colonial Relays (18:53.07) ... Competed at the USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships and set a PR in the 5,000-meter run, finishing second (16:57.92).

2011 Indoor: Redshirted.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in four meets during the season, including a season-best performance in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional (55th, 21:41.7) … Helped the Hokies place fifth at Regionals … Participated in the ACC Championships and finished 57th (22:08.6) ... Posted a 5k season-best at the Charlotte Invite (17:58.9).
