2015 Outdoor: Recorded a season best 800-meter race rime of 1:53.81 at the Highlander Invite ... Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays.

2015 Indoor: Competed in one meet for the Hokies running a 1000 time of 2:32.96 at the Hokie Invitational.

2014 Indoor: Redshirted.

2013 Outdoor: Posted a time of 1:52.86 in the 800 meters at the Roanoke/Virginia Tech Twilight ... Had a time of 1:53.19 in the 800 at the ACC Championship ... Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that posted the team's best time of the season at 3:17.81.

2013 Indoor: Recorded his best 800-meter time at the VT Elite Meet (1:53.21) ... Competed in the 4x800 and distance medley relay during the season.

High School: Received all-state accolades in track as a junior and senior at Bellport … Won the country championship in the 800m as a senior while being a member of the three-time country championship 4x800 relay team … Was a three-year letterwinner for the Bellport football team, earning All-Division honors as a senior … Team won the country and Long Island championships 2010.
