In the 36th minute, Duke got on the board through Daniele Proch. Brian White put in a cross from the right side of the box and the Blue Devils got a foot on the ball redirecting it towards goal. Lundgaard made an initial save, but the rebound found the right foot of Proch who put home the rebound.

After the break, Tech had better possession and found space to get in a few crosses into the box.
