Hokies to host NCAA Selection Show Watch Party, presented by Union Bank and Trust
Tech invites the fans to join the team in Cassell Coliseum

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Tech men’s basketball team will host an NCAA Selection Show Watch Party presented by Union Bank and Trust on Sunday, March 11, in Cassell Coliseum. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the program begins at 5:30 p.m. The selection show will be shown on TBS this season and will begin at 6 p.m.
Fans are invited to join the team and staff in Cassell to enjoy the experience of the Hokies in the hopes of being invited to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament for a second consecutive season for the first time in more than three decades. Admission is free and there will be a wide variety of events schedule around the show to help celebrate the season for the Hokies. The first 1,000 fans can receive a free t-shirt.
The in-house program will begin at 5:30 p.m. and a special broadcast of Tech Talk Live will take place from the arena following the selection show. Fans are encouraged to stick around and join Jon Laaser and Mike Burnop in the show, which will feature head coach Buzz Williams and members of the team, staff and administration.
The TBS show will be shown live on both video boards, as well as other TVs throughout Cassell Coliseum.
