Virginia Tech closes out the 2015-16 regular season on Saturday afternoon, as it hosts No. 7/7 Miami. Prior to the game, the Hokies will honor graduating senior Shane Henry on Senior Day, with ceremonies beginning at 3:45 p.m. The game, tipping off at 4 p.m., will be televised live by The ACC Network.

Series Against the Hurricanes
The Hurricanes lead the all-time series, 18-12 … Miami won the last meeting, 65-49, in Coral Gables in February and has won the last five meetings in the series … Tech is 6-6 in home games in the series, all being played in Cassell Coliseum … All games played in this series have been either Big East or ACC games.

With Zach LeDay’s 454 points and Seth Allen’s 417 points, the Hokies have two 400-plus point scorers on the same team since Malcolm Delaney (637 pts.) and Jeff Allen (454 pts.) accomplished the feat in the 2010-11 season.

The Hokies enter today’s final regular season home game against Miami with an impressive 8-2 mark in Saturday games ... Tech is 6-1 in home Saturday games this season and 3-0 in home Saturday ACC games ... Both Virginia Tech home games in February were Saturday ACC victories.
Getting It Done In The Classroom
Devin Wilson and Jalen Hudson have been named to the 2016 All-ACC Academic team … This is Wilson’s second year on the team and Hudson makes it for the first time.
