The Hokies enter the 2015 New York Life ACC Tournament as the 14-seed and are 10-21 overall and 2-16 in ACC action … Wake Forest is the 11-seed and is 13-18 overall and 5-13 in conference play … This is the second meeting of the season between the two schools, as Wake Forest defeated the Hokies, 73-70, in Winston-Salem on January 31.

The Hokies wrapped up the regular season with an 82-61 loss to Miami on Saturday afternoon ... Ahmed Hill led the Hokies with 17 points, while Satchel Pierce added a career-high 13 points and Justin Bibbs scored 11 points for Tech.

Three Virginia Tech Hokies have been named to the 2015 All-ACC Academic Men’s Basketball team … Seniors Will Johnston and Christian Beyer, along with sophomore Devin Wilson have earned the honor … This is the second appearance on the team by both Beyer and Johnston.
