Sung inks thirteen signees

Tech will welcome athletes from eight different states

BLACKSBURG- Head Coach John Sung and the Virginia Tech lacrosse team welcomed their 2021 Signing Class this week. Thirteen athletes signed their National Letters of Intent and will join Hokie Nation in the Fall of 2017.

The Class of 2021 will include 13 young women from eight different states including Virginia, Minnesota, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey. Virginia holds the majority with five women.

Coach Sung welcomes his inaugural recruiting class after joining Virginia Tech this spring. “I am pleased to welcome these young women to Blacksburg,” said Coach Sung. “I believe that my inaugural recruiting will be critical to our rebuilding process.”
