Fuller, Bears snap losing streak against Cincinnati

Bears 33, Bengals 7
CB Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears dominated the Cincinnati Bengals. With the win, the Bears snapped their five game losing streak. Fuller finished the day three solo tackles and three pass deflections. His three pass deflections tied a career high.

Cardinals 12, Titans 7
Head Coach Bruce Arians and the Arizona Cardinals scored defeat the Houston Texans with the help of four second-half field goals. The Cardinals currently sit at 6-7 and are in third place in the NFC West. Tech Alum Nick Rapone serves as the defensive backs coach for the Cardinals’ staff.

Steelers 39, Ravens 38
S Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens fell Sunday night to the No. 4 offense of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Clark did not record any stats on the night, but did play on defense and special teams. At 7-6, the Ravens are still in the AFC Wild Card picture along with a number of other clubs with three games remaining in the regular season.

Bills 13, Colts 7
TE Logan Thomas and the Bills survived a blizzard to defeat the Indianapolis Colts. With the win, the Bills (7-6) would be the sixth seed in the AFC Playoffs if the season ended today. Thomas did not record any stats on the day. QB Tyrod Taylor was inactive for the game as he is day-to-day with a left knee injury. Head coach Sean McDermott announced Monday that Taylor when healthy will be the starter. A key AFC East matchup awaits the Bills on Sunday.

49ers 26, Texans 16
S Antone Exum, Jr. and the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Houston Texans. With the win, the 49ers are currently on a two-game win streak. Antone Exum, Jr. did not record any stats on the day for the 49ers. TE Ryan Malleck is a member of the Texans’ practice squad.

Seahawks 30, Jaguars 24
T Duane Brown and the Seattle Seahawks fell to the No. 2 defense of Jacksonville Jaguars. At 8-5, the Seahawks are just a game behind the L.A. Rams (9-4) in the NFC West and are very much in the NFC Wild Card race. Former Hokies’ S Nick Sorenson serves as the secondary coach for the Seahawks. S Kam Chancellor will miss the rest of the season after sustaining a neck injury in Week 10.

Chargers 30, Redskins 13
CB Kendall Fuller, S DeAngelo Hall and the Washington Redskins fell to the No. 5 offense of the L.A. Chargers. Fuller finished the day with two solo tackles. DeAngelo Hall did not play in the contest. The loss pushed the Redskins to the brink of postseason elimination with a 5-8 record and three games remaining.

Falcons 20, Saints 17
The Atlanta Falcons were able to come away with a victory Thursday night against RB Trey Edmunds and the No. 2 offense of the New Orleans Saints in a pivotal NFC South contest. Edmunds recorded on special teams tackle in the contest.

Chiefs 26, Raiders 15
The Kansas City Chiefs defeated AFC West rival Oakland Raiders. With the win, the Chiefs moved into the fourth seed in the playoff picture. LB Dadi Nicolas is on the PUP list for the Chiefs after suffering a ruptured patella tendon in Week 17 of the 2016 season

Eagles 43, Rams 35
The L.A. Rams fell to the No. 3 offense of the Philadelphia Eagles. Tech alums Eugene Chung and Keith Gray are both on the Eagles’ staff. FB Sam Rogers is a member of the Rams’ Practice squad

Packers 27, Browns 21
The Green Bay Packers scored 14 unanswered points to force overtime and get the win against the Browns. QB Jerod Evans is a member of the Packers’ practice squad.

Cowboys 30, Giants 10
The N.Y. Giants fell to NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys. T Nick Becton is a member of the Giants’ practice squad.
