Virginia Tech is currently ranked No. 16 in both the Associated Press Top 25 and the USA Today Amway Coaches Poll. Head coach Justin Fuente and the Hokies are coming off a 27-0 shutout of Delaware in Tech's home opener this past Saturday at Lane Stadium. The Hokies opened the season with a thrilling 31-24 win over then-No. 22 West Virginia at FedExField on Sunday. The Hokies own the nation’s longest active bowl streak with 24 straight bowl appearances. Under the 2016 ACC Coach of the Year, Tech is seeking back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time since registering eight straight 10-win seasons under Frank Beamer from 2004-11.
