NFL Hokies ready for Preseason Week Three

As Tech continues its preparations to face West Virginia at FedExField on Sept. 3, our Hokies in the NFL are gearing up for the start of the regular season.

· Saturday, Aug. 26

Tyrod Taylor, Logan Thomas, Nigel Williams and the Buffalo Bills will face Chuck Clark, Ryan Malleck and the Baltimore Ravens at 7 p.m.

At 8 p.m., Laurence Gibson and the Houston Texans travel to New Orleans to take on Corey Fuller, Darryl Tapp, Trey Edmunds who are all expected to suit up for the Saints.

2017 NFL draft pick S Chuck Clark receives high praise from Ravens Assistant General Manager.

Here are some more games this weekend featuring Hokies:

· Friday, Aug. 25

Nick Becton will suit up for the Detroit Lions to take on the Philadelphia Eagles at 7 p.m. Tech alums Eugene Chung and Keith Gray are both on the Eagles’ staff.

At 8 p.m., Kam Chancellor and the Seattle Seahawks will face the Kansas City Cheifs. Former Hokie Nick Sorensen is a member of the Seattle coaching staff.

· Saturday, Aug. 26

Head coach Bruce Arians, Johnathan McLaughlin and the Arizona Cardinals take on the Atlanta Falcons at 7 p.m. Tech alum Nick Rapone serves as the defensive backs coach for the Cardinals’ staff.

At 8 p.m., Woody Baron and the Dallas Cowboys will face off against the Oakland Raiders, and Sam Rogers and the L.A. Rams will take on the L.A. Chargers.

Ken Ekanem and the Denver Broncos will face the Green Bay Packers at 9 p.m.

· Sunday, Aug. 27

Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears take on the Tennessee Titans at 1 p.m.

At 4:30 p.m., Kendall Fuller, and Vinston Painter will face the Cincinnati Bengals. Tech alum Torrian Gray is on the Redskins’ staff.

Hokies Antone Exum and Bucky Hodges plan to shine for the Minnesota Vikings Sunday night matchup against the 49ers at 8 p.m.
