2013: Made two tackles while in on six plays on defense and one special teams play against Western Carolina.

2012: Played in 10 games … Saw action on 191 defensive snaps and was in on one special teams play … Had six tackles and an interception on the year … Appeared in eight snaps on defense in the season opener against Georgia Tech … Was in on 19 defensive snaps against Austin Peay … Was credited with two quarterback hurries at Pittsburgh … Played 20 defensive snaps against Bowling Green … Had an interception, while adding two tackles against Cincinnati … Had two tackles and a QB hurry at Miami … Was in on defense for the overtime win over Rutgers in the Russell Athletic Bowl … Had a tackle for loss and forced a fumble during the spring game.

2011: Practiced at tackle … Made an early push for playing time as a true freshman, but was redshirted in the end … Had a 380-pound bench press and 410-pound front squat during off-season testing … Posted four tackles for loss during spring scrimmages, including two sacks.
