2012 Cross Country: Became the only men’s runner in program history to earn All-America honors twice as he finished tied for 28th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 29:52.7 … Earned All-Region honors by finishing seventh with a career-best 10k mark of 29:52.51 at the NCAA Southeast Regional … Became only one of five men’s runners in program history to earn the honor twice in a career … Claimed the program’s first ACC individual championship with a time of 23:37.3 … Helped Tech earn its first ever ACC team title and first NCAA Championship birth since 1987 … Led the team to sixth-place finish at Pre-Nationals by taking sixth with a time of 23:20.5 … Finished second at the Charlotte Invitational as the Hokies won the team title … Recorded the top individual finish for Tech in each of his six races.

2012 Outdoor: Won his third ACC championship in the 5000 meters (14:03.26), thus becoming the first man in ACC history accomplish that feat outdoors ... Was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Performer of the Week on April 3 after winning the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays, resetting his own school record with a time of 13:49.95 ... Reset his school record in the 5k again at the Payton Jordan Invitational (13:41.06) ... Won his heat of the 5000 meters at the NCAA East Prelims (14:17.45) ... Placed 21st at the NCAA Championship in the 5k (14:30.11) … Turned in a personal best 4:00.52 mile at the Roanoke Twilight to place third ... Ran the 1600m leg on the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (9:52.46), while placing seventh in the 1500 meters (3:47.36).

2012 Indoor: Redshirted … Competed unattached in the mile (4:12.70) at the VT Final Qualifier and won the 3000 meters while competing unattached at the VT Elite Meet (8:21.58).

2011 Cross Country: Earned first career All-America honor in cross country with a 30th place finish at the NCAA Championship Meet ... Finished in a career-best cross country 10k of 29:58.1 at the NCAA Meet ... Became Tech's ninth cross country All-American and fifth male to earn All-America in cross ... Was the Hokies' first male All-American since Brian Walter in 1989, who was also 30th ... 2011 Indoor: Reset the school-record in the 3,000 meters at the Alex Wilson Invite (7:56.58) after setting it earlier in the season with a win at the VT Elite Meet (8:04.40) … Placed second at the ACC Championships in the 3,000 meters (8:04.59) … Set a personal best in the mile run (4:03.43).

2010 Cross Country: Redshirted.

2010 Outdoor: Penn Relays champion in the mile run crossing the line in a then school-record time of 4:00.93 … Earned All-American accolades in the 5,000-meters with a fifth place finish at the NCAA Championships, setting a then school record at 13:50.76 … ACC Champion in the 5,000 meters (14:26.55) … Placed fifth in the 5,000-meters at the NCAA East Regionals (14:03.33) … Won the 5,000-meters at the Jessie Owens Classic (14:12.33) and the Aggie Classic (13:58.05) … Anchored the winning distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays (9:52.23).
