2017: One of three Hokies to start all 55 games for the Hokies – 46 at second base and nine at third … Hit leadoff for the last 53 games of the season ... Led the team with 24 multi-hit games, including eight games with three and four games with four … Added six multi-RBI games, including one with three, and led the team with 15 multi-run scoring games … Had a team-high 13-game hitting streak and a reached base streak of 21 straight games – ended the season with 11 straight … Led the team with a .358 batting average with a team-high 86 hits, including 16 doubles (third on team), two triples (tied for second) and five home runs for 121 total bases (third) and a .504 slugging percentage … Scored a team-high 52 runs and added 28 RBI … Drew 18 walks and was hit by 11 pitches for a .424 on-base percentage (second) … Also added two sacrifice flies … Was 9-for-14 in stolen base attempts, both led team … Also led Hokies in at-bats (240) and total plate appearances (271) … Scored two game-winning runs and added two game-winning RBI … In the NCAA, at the end of the regular season, ranked fourth in hits, 19th in hits per game (1.56), 67th in runs, 83rd in total bases and 100th in batting … Finished 16th in the nation in hits per game, 44th in hits and 82nd in average ... In the ACC, at the end of the regular season, ranked first in hits and eighth in average … Finished fourth in average and seventh in hits ... In ACC-only games, ranked second in hits (48), sixth in average (.356) and total bases (70), tied for sixth in doubles (11) and tied for seventh in runs (26).

2016: Sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules.

2015 (at East Carolina): Appeared in two games, getting three plate appearances … Was 1-for-2 with a single and also was hit by a pitch.

High School: Earned varsity letters all f­our years while playing for coach Jody Rutherford at Lake Braddock Secondary … As a freshman batted .300 helping the Bruins to a state quarterfinal appearance, before batting .369 as a sophomore and helping team to their first state championship ... Earned first-team all-district and honorable mention all-region honors ... As a junior batted .468 repeating as a first-team all-district player and earning second-team all-region honors ... During senior season limited in action due to injury, but still managed to bat .375.
